Dave Edison

Prior to joining ECGI-BA, Dave was President of Edison Consulting Group, where he advised technology companies. After a successful 33-year career with Westinghouse, Dave left the company as President of Westinghouse Communications. Prior to his role as President, he held the position of CIO for Westinghouse and spent 17 years in research and development, working with a broad range of industries, including, oil and gas, transportation, nuclear power, and other industrial sectors. He also developed a number of advanced computer-aided design and manufacturing systems and was awarded nine US patents. Recently, he was a member of Congresswoman Melissa Hart‘s technology committee, served on Allegheny County task forces for cost reduction, and was chairman of the FTMSA. He was also a UN advisor to mainland China for telecommunications.

Bob Haunschild

Bob served as PNC’s Chief Financial Officer and Senior VP of Finance. He was responsible for all financial functions of the company, including control, line of business finance, treasury, and tax, and asset/liability risk management. In addition, he was the executive responsible for the insurance line of business and served as director of PNC Equity Management Group. Prior to his PNC responsibilities, he held several positions of increasing responsibility with Ernst & Young, including a role as Audit Partner. Bob also has experience in mergers, acquisitions, and consulting. He shares this experience as the co-author of “Implementing Mergers & Acquisitions in the Financial Services Industry” for the American Bankers Association.
