David N. Colaizzi – CEO, Chief Technology Officer, and Cofounder
As CEO, Chief Technology Officer, and cofounder of Five Star, Dave provides consultation services in the technical analysis and design phases of projects. Dave has consulted with numerous Fortune 500 corporations, colleges, universities, and software development firms in the areas of training design, software development, technology, and project management. These include Education Management Corporation, Ford Motor Financial Company, Mellon Financial Corporation, PNC Financial Services Group, PPG Industries, Sheetz, Target, U.S. Steel, Visa International, and Visa USA.
Dave holds a dual major in business administration and Italian cultural studies from the University of Pittsburgh. He has completed the Entrepreneurial Management Program at the Katz Graduate Business School at the University of Pittsburgh and has taught as an adjunct faculty member for Duquesne University’s Masters in Multimedia program.
Lou Camerlengo – President and Cofounder
Lou is responsible for business development and client relations at Five Star. Lou’s role is to make sure Five Star clients are 100 percent satisfied every step of the way. Lou has extensive experience in account and project management for corporations, including Education Management Corporation, Federated Investors, Ford Motor Credit Company, Bank of New York Mellon, PNC Financial Services Group, U.S. Steel, and Visa International.
Lou holds Bachelor’s degree in communications studies with a minor in British history from the State University College of New York at Oswego. Lou also is a graduate of the Entrepreneurial Management and Technology Commercialization programs at the Carnegie Mellon Graduate School of Industrial Administration.

Angel Lehrian – Director, Human Resources
Angel brings more than 15 years of operations management and human resource management experience to the Five Star team. Angel has worked as the Director of Operations for Nutri/System, where she managed 156 Corporate Weight Loss Centers. Her Human Resource background includes recruiting, employee relations, harassment training, and benefits administration. Angel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Wilson College, where she was awarded the Grace Tyson Slictor Award for her outstanding achievement in Communications.
Cory Seaman – Director, Research and IT Services
Cory has been with Five Star since 1997, working from the company’s inception to bring its first quality multimedia and web-based applications to clients like Visa, Ford Financial, Bank of New York Mellon, and many others. Today, as Five Star’s Director of Research and IT Services, Cory brings his technology expertise into an expanded role that includes oversight of its infrastructure, the exploration of new directions for its technology-related products and services, and continued project development and consulting. Cory holds a Bachelor’s degree from Houghton College and is a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD).
