Since its launch, recognizing the importance of and incorporating adult learning strategies for creating engaging programs that help learners understand, retain, and apply skills on the job was a favorite unit. Recent participants also appreciated the unit that focused on identifying the business metrics that enable them to prove the value of training and to demonstrate how they “moved the needle.”
