Within 18 months, the client was cited by the Wall Street Journal as the #1 “Most Improved Company” based on its year-over-year increases in total returns. Retention of identified high-potential leaders increased from 85 percent before the program to 97 percent. Moreover, the retention rate from the first and third phases of the program was 100 percent.
