An innovative leader in the medical product industry sought to provide independent retailers and distributors with the tools and resources needed to better sell the company’s core products.
Our client depends on independent retailers and distributors to sell their products and hosts an annual event for these marketing/sales partners. Attended by 1400 employees and owners of labs and retailers from North and South America, Europe and Asia, the event provides the opportunity to recognize the outstanding partners and to provide educational experiences for top tier sales organizations. Our client wanted to increase the value of the event by developing a comprehensive set of educational sessions that would help drive increased sales.
Five Star designed and facilitated the following ½ day workshops in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
Five Star also developed and co-facilitated with our client’s marketing team, a ½ day marketing workshop that prepared participants to support the roll-out of a key new product. Five Star’s Business partner, MasteryWorks, provided a customized version of their CareerSmart™ workshop.
Workshop surveys showed an overall 4.5 out of 5 for participant satisfaction, value and applicability of content. A vast majority of participants commented that the workshops had relevant information they could directly apply in the workplace. Five Star is currently in the planning stages of our third successive event with our client.
