The Potential for High Performance Survey is distributed electronically and requires only minutes to complete. The results are compiled in a powerful report that visually illustrates your organization’s strengths and potential areas of improvement. The report, coupled with targeted one-on-one interviews with key leaders of your organization, enables Five Star to quickly identify key performance gaps, which prevent the effective execution of your business strategy.

Integration with Star Performance™

The Potential for High Performance Survey is the recommended first step of the Assessment phase of Star Performance™. The findings from this survey are then used to guide the Analysis phase, during which Five Star conducts a root cause analysis for each of the identified performance gaps. Once the Analysis phase is complete, Five Star will work closely with your organization to define an implementation strategy and design the solutions needed for your organization to achieve and sustain a high-performance organization. Next, by using our Strategy Accelerator™ methodology, we will collaborate with you to develop and implement these solutions.
