Expands National Presence

PITTSBURGH, April 22, 2009/ Five Star Development, Inc. announced today that Delores Homisak and Tom Solomon have joined the company as Senior Consultants focusing on clients in the San Francisco Bay Area and Columbus, Ohio regions, respectively. As Senior Consultants, they are responsible for expanding Five Star’s client base in their respective regions, leading consulting projects, and designing and implementing solutions within Five Star’s Star Performance™ platform.

Mrs. Homisak brings over 20 years of experience in providing technology solutions to solve business problems in the retail banking and card payment processing arenas. She has a demonstrated record of delivering strategic initiatives while building enduring relationships across multi-functional teams. Delores comes to Five Star with experience from Visa where she worked in numerous key roles that included service management, product management, and product implementation. Prior to that, Delores led large technical sales teams for IBM where she consistently earned annual sales awards for exceeding objectives. Delores holds an MBA from the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California.

Mr. Solomon has more than 20 years of experience designing and leading initiatives in the areas of strategy execution, organizational performance, learning design, executive development, and knowledge management. He has designed and implemented large-scale business transformation projects within a broad array of industries, including financial services, healthcare, e-commerce, media, and professional services. Tom’s experience includes external and internal consulting, including roles with Nationwide Insurance, Ernst & Young, Andersen Consulting, and McKinsey & Company. He has led functional transformation initiatives in the areas of finance, HR, and IT. Tom holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business, Northwestern University.
