Five Star’s Strategy Accelerator helps ensure the success of strategies, projects, and initiatives by enabling key audiences to understand, commit to, and apply organizational strategy and adopt critical work processes. This is accomplished through proven change management methodologies, custom training programs, performance support tools, and communications strategies to navigate our client’s employees through the inherent risks of change. To facilitate a smooth implementation, Five Star’s Strategy Accelerator includes the following components.

1. Change and Communications

  • A detailed Communications and Involvement Strategy and Plan to ensure that audiences fully understand the change, how it affects them, and how they can positively influence its success.
  • A web-based Readiness Presentation to address the information needs of the different stakeholder groups in a delivery format that is consistently accurate and engaging.

2. Blended Learning Strategy

  • A modular Blended Learning Strategy that provides stakeholders with foundation information in regard to their specific roles, jobs, and responsibilities.
    • Web-based Systems Courses in where learners gain realistic practice in the process and skills they will need to effectively apply the new strategy on the job.
    • Instructor Led Training Courses that focus on the needs of individual learners that can be delivered by client trainers or via webinars.

3. Performance Support

  • A Performance Support Strategy that executes a targeted “push” of just-in-time key information to encourage audiences to play a progressively greater role in “pulling” their own performance support resources. This includes Portals, Mobile Apps, Job Aids and Embedded Help.

4. Continual Evaluation

  • A Change Readiness Survey to identify specific gaps in stakeholders’ ability and willingness to succeed with the change. The questions in the survey relate to the seven dimensions of change that are industry accepted best practices for successful change execution.
