1. What brought you to fivestar*?
I met Lou and Dave a couple of years ago through another tech start-up I’ve been involved with and always heard of fivestar*’s excellent reputation. Fastforward, a mutual business associate mentioned to me that fivestar* was working to launch a Salesforce practice and were looking for someone to help lead that effort. After some conversations with Lou , Dave, and the Extentia team – it seemed like a perfect alignment of my experience in Salesforce and fivestar* ‘s consultative approach in delivering software solutions and building long term relationships with their customers.
2. What are you most excited to get started on?
We have a great team at fivestar* and it’s been a unique opportunity to build the Salesforce partnership with Extentia. The Salesforce talent at Extentia is incredible, and their experience working globally on so many diverse projects is truly impressive. I am most excited about combining fivestar*’s ability to quickly pinpoint a customer’s opportunities with Extentia’s Salesforce developer and implementation skills.
This is an exciting time for Salesforce as well. With new cloud solutions like Work.com, Salesforce has innovative solutions to help companies and organizations safely re-open during the pandemic.
3. Describe your role as a Salesforce Consultant.
I see my role as a connector. Let’s face it; Salesforce can sometimes be overwhelming to figure out what cloud solutions an organization needs and how to deploy them successfully. Listening and understanding how a business leader envisions growing her company; then showing how Salesforce’s cloud solutions can be utilized for immediate impact and build-out for long term success is what I enjoy the most. I also think I bring a unique Salesforce experience and perspective to our team. I understand Salesforce not just a consultant managing Salesforce implementations, but more importantly, while I was Non-Profit Executive Director; I know first-hand the how Salesforce's cloud solutions can accelerate an organizations growth, efficiencies, and create more personal connections with customers.
4. What are your hobbies?

Welding
I am sort of a maker and fixer. I am learning to weld. Right now, I am more of “grinder” than a welder, but my beads are getting more consistent, so I don’t have to grind out my messy welds. I enjoy fixing stuff too - probably because they’re constantly breaking. I love Jeeps. I want to find an old Jeep Scrambler or C-J Wrangler and restore it. Just more reasons to go to Lowes’s and buy tools!
5. What’s a unique fact about yourself?
After high school, I spent a year away living in Argentina as a Rotary Exchange Student. I lived in Southwest Patagonia region in the foothills of Andes Mountains. I was in high school again as a senior and was fully immersed in the language and culture. It was a wonderful experience and still maintain a close relationship to many of my friends I made while I was there.
