Dave Colaizzi

Dave sets the strategic direction of fivestar*s award-winning, technology-based business culture. He has a proven track record for identifying how technology can make business more efficient for Fortune 1000 companies, non-profits, and higher education institutions. Keeping everyone and everything on track everyday isn’t all Dave brings to the table. Holding dual bachelor’s degrees from the University of Pittsburgh, he is also a speaker and mentor. Dedicated to serving others, Dave started fivestar* Cares. In his spare time, you can find him either pedaling his bike through town or putting on the entertainer's hat, cooking a great meal and playing cards.


Lou Camerlengo

As fivestar*s President, Lou seems to effortlessly drive company performance and lead business development and client retention efforts. He is involved in higher education and workforce projects and impressively serves on multiple non-profit boards, including the Pittsburgh Entrepreneur’s Forum, Social Venture Partners Pittsburgh, Red Chair Pittsburgh, and Pittsburgh Community Television. He is also a mock interviewer for the Semper Fi Wounded Warriors program. Lou holds a bachelor’s from SUNY at Oswego and in his spare time, likes to spend time with friends and family, volunteer, mentor, read fiction, and is learning to play guitar.


Cory Seaman

Cory came on board the fivestar* team with extensive software development expertise and is closely involved in the development and execution of client projects. His VP role is only one of the hats he wears - from design to implementation, he oversees our internal infrastructure, research, and tech services and continuously researches the high-tech industry to stay informed of best technologies available. A hands-on problem-solver, Cory is a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) and a graduate of Houghton College with a bachelor’s degree in psychology.


Angel Lehrian

Angel applies more than 20 years of operations and human resources experience to the success of fivestar*. She plays an integral role in enhancing efficiency and driving productivity of a diverse group of technical and imaginative individuals. Angel promotes well-being and creative mindsets by developing engagement programs and recruiting top-notch talent. In addition to holding a bachelor’s degree from Wilson College, she also received The Grace Tyson Schlichter Award in Communications. In her spare time, Angel loves to create mosaic stained glass pieces and supporting the Pittsburgh Penguins by being a season ticket holder.


Nick Ankrom, PMP

Nick’s background, rich with experience in IT Project Management, is the perfect recipe for results. At fivestar*, he is focused on identifying and implementing new technologies and business strategies that help streamline business processes. In addition to being PMP and black belt certified, Nick holds a BS in Business Administration and an MS of Information Systems from Drexel University. In his spare time, he likes to spend time outdoors hiking and kayaking, as well as watching Pittsburgh Sports Teams and UNC Basketball.


Swapna Bellamkonda

Swapna joined us as a seasoned Quality Manager with extensive experience in conceptualizing and implementing outsourced delivery organization. She has strong orientation toward teamwork and motivating co-workers to create solutions and problem solve creatively. Her well-rounded, positive attitude and her keen attention to detail will quickly earn your confidence. In her spare time, she likes to cook up a great meal, spread culture in spiritual path, and spend time watching movies with her 14-year-old.


Blake Doyle

Blake brings a lifetime of experience to the table having worked in technology in one form or another for 20 years - first as an electronics technician in the US Navy, a workstation and network administrator, multimedia developer and UX/UI designer. Blake holds a bachelor’s degree from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh in Web Design and Interactive Media. When he's not designing, Blake likes to spend his spare time with family and friends, outdoors, fly fishing and dabbling in photography.

As fivestar*’s director of marketing, Marissa sets the overall strategy and direction* of the marketing team. She has over 10 years of experience leading marketing efforts and driving results across a diverse range industries and tactics. Marissa works closely with the marketing team to manage fivestar*’s brand and presence across all platforms and media. When she’s not coming up with innovative new marketing approaches, Marissa is an avid home DIYer and health and fitness enthusiast, always looking for ways to stay active or finding something around the house to improve.

Craig Stefanchik

As director of finance, Craig oversees all day-to-day finance & accounting activities for fivestar* including cashflow management and P&L projections. Craig brings with him with over 10 years of experience leading finance teams across a wide variety of business. Craig has a bachelor’s in accounting from Robert Morris University and his MBA from the University of Tennessee at Martin. When he’s not managing fivestar*’s day-to-day financial operations, Craig loves spending time with his family and is a full-time activity manager for his four kids.
